About Me
Life can be overwhelming at times, and none of us are meant to face those struggles alone. I believe counseling is a place where you can feel heard, supported, and encouraged as you work through the challenges in front of you. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I walk alongside teens, adults, and older adults—helping them navigate stress, relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions.
